At Crafted Wood Works, we take pride in the craftsmanship and quality of our wood products. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, we understand that there may be occasions where you may need to return an item. Please read our Return and Refund Policy carefully to understand your options.

1. Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. Please note that custom-made or personalized items are exempt from being returned unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

2. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will provide a refund to your original payment.
